1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at formwork.cc (the “site”). By visiting or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the revised terms.

2. Who we are

3. What this site is

The site is an informational description of our company and our work. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a contract, and nothing on it creates a commercial obligation on either side. Any engagement would be set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement — not this page — would define what we provide, on what terms, and at what price.

Requesting access through the site is an enquiry. We are under no obligation to respond to or accept it, and may decline without giving a reason.

4. Permitted use

You may read, browse, and share the pages of this site, and you may print or save copies for your own reference. In using the site you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
  • interfere with the site's operation, or place an unreasonable load on it, including by automated means;
  • introduce any malicious code, or attempt to probe or test the site's vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • scrape, copy, or reproduce the site's content systematically for republication or for training any model or dataset;
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation when contacting us.

We may restrict or withdraw access to the site from anyone who breaches these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, layout, design, graphics, the Formwork name, the Formwork mark, and the ACX name — belongs to FORMWORK (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED or is used by us with permission, and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property law.

Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our names, marks, or branding. You may quote a short extract with attribution for comment, review, or reporting. Anything beyond that requires our written permission.

6. No warranty

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We take reasonable care with what we publish, but we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the content is complete, accurate, or current at the moment you read it.

Descriptions of our work on this site are general. They are not specifications or commitments as to capability or availability, and should not be relied on as the basis for any decision. If you need to rely on something, ask us in writing and we will confirm it in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated saving, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — this site, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Links to other sites

Where the site links to a resource operated by someone else, that link is for convenience only. We do not control or endorse those resources, and are not responsible for their content, availability, or handling of your information.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to the site

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without notice and without liability. We are not obliged to keep any page available.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the site, including any non-contractual dispute or claim, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

12. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. A failure by us to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These terms are between you and us; no other person may enforce them.
