Who we are
Formwork is a software company registered in Lahore, Pakistan as FORMWORK (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, building technology for commerce operations. The company was registered in 2026.
The name is the thing a builder assembles before pouring concrete. It carries the load while the material sets, decides the shape of the finished structure, and then comes away. We think that is a fair description of what operational software is supposed to do for a business — and a useful reminder that the point is never the scaffolding.
How we work
We build deliberately. Commerce operations are unforgiving of software that is only nearly right — a wrong delivery date or a message that goes unanswered costs a real customer — so we would rather ship a narrower thing that holds than a broad one that needs watching.
We work closely with a small number of partners, in their real operating conditions rather than in a demonstration. Reliability is not something added at the end of the build; it is the product. If the system is not dependable on an ordinary Tuesday, nothing else about it counts for much.
